This project is organized to increase awareness amongst the KDU staffs and students on the ‘’World Children’s Day Celebration’’. Also, it is organized to show how much we care for these underprivileged children so that they can feel our love for them.

10 celebration cards were pin on the blue notice board. Each represents 1 orphanage home or children home. Each staff and students of KDU College were asked to sign on these cards. A wish list is asked from each of this home. The items they wished for are sponsored and given to the home by KDU College

Leos from Leo Club of KDU College had prepared and decorated the notice board for this project at 8.00am so that KDU staffs and students can start to pen down their signatures. KDU Leos also took shift to stand beside the notice board to persuade KDU staffs and students to write down their wishes on the cards.

This project costs RM 10 for the materials used for decorating the notice board. Celebration cards and items on their Wish Lists are fully sponsored by KDU College. At 5.00pm, all the 10 celebration cards had been filled up with signatures. These cards are then sent to the respective homes.

The homes that benefited from this project are:

LEO CLUB OF KDU PJ

I've come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that's as unique as a fingerprint - and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.
