The objective of this project is to paint the gate and grills of the Phyllis Caring Home that has rusted and faded in its color.

All KDU Leos reached Phyllis Caring Home at 8.00am and immediately started the work of painting after getting advice from the caretaker of the home – Mrs.Nathan.
The color used for painting their gate and grills is aluminum. At 10.45am sharp, we have finished painting the home’s gate and grills.

Then, we had short refreshment and chatted with the old folks. Understanding the financial constraint faced by the home, Leo Club of KDU College has donated RM50.00 to the home with the hope that it will reduce their burden.

At 11.00am, we left the home and headed for our next project. (Science Project at Rumah Impian)

The cost of the paint materials is RM 26. Hence, the total cost for this project is RM 76.

A total of 15 old folks benefited from this project.
